Good news!

Wahoo, we just found out our homeowners' insurance ALREADY covers the shed, no additional expense! I like.

    I agree, Rita! Nice to know that when we get done the only additional expense will be electricity, and that shouldn't be TOO bad since it's small and (mostly) insulated!
